Tires were rotated, brought it back 4 days later because of LOUD road noise. Showed me balded areas on my tires that were NOT pointed out to me when I had them rotated.
Poor communication and did not fix the issue. My vehicle was there two days and I was the one who had to call to find out what was going on with it.
Service department is the worse I ever encountered! Used to be great - not anymore. Will not recommend to prospective Nissan buyers.
Over a hour for a simple oil change, no wash cause they say it’s broke for over 3 years, and I know they washed it when I bought it 6mo ago.. asked for a vacuum that was half done, and to remove the plastic from the “dealer prep” that was not done 6mo ago.. so basically Reliable Nissan sucks…./!!!!!!

Every time I take my vehicle into the shop they tell me nothing is wrong with my vehicle or cannot duplicate the problem and they have my vehicle all day but when we leave the problem is still there.

Before you even get to the service center you will have to beat off at least two sales people who are going to stick their hands in your car window. When you get to the service center the people there are very polite. You may have to bring your car back multiple times for them to fix the vehicle. My car is back for the third time because they did not appropriately attach the plastic skirt on the bottom and it rattled obnoxiously.
