I picked up my vehicle after the service and found greasy handprints on the front fender, I was happy because the last time it was in for a recall the greasy prints were on the inside of the front window.
Seems like the extended warranty is very expensive for what it’s good for but did t cover the issue of our lock switch falling into the door.
Quick to sell cars but not to fix issues for buyer. Not organized and slow to respond or solve problems. Have no initiative to help buyers once car has been sold. Sales has poor connection to service department.
I purchased a 2017 armada I told them I only had a certain amount to put down. They talked me into putting down more and paying extra for gap insurance and also an extended warranty… and exactly one week before I had to pay my car note the water hose went out on the vehicle. Check in fast & easy. Check out person asked who has checked me in, like I should know. Black finger prints inside my car on sun roof and side driver door!!!
They take forever on servicing your vehicle especially when you have an appointment and only for oil change and having Zak-Tek coating on. They don't even wash your vehicle properly.
As i wrote previously, i will never be back. Your service advisor told me " if you dont like it here, you should take your car to Melloy." That is exactly what I will do.
I got a call from Braxton says he’s the sales manager for Nissan asking me to come in to sell 2021 GMC Denali and that they would give me top dollar for my vehicle because they were in desperate need of used Vehicle. I called to confirm a car shown online was there, was told it was, when i got there it wasn't there. They showed us another car. We went through the process and signed everything. The car needed to be tinted and detailed. They called us 4 days later to tell us it was ready. When we were waiting for our salesperson, they ran our credit an additional 9times for a total of 10 hits, before they even told us anything.
