RecommendedBryan was excellent to work with when we bought our 2018 Outback. I would recommend him to anyone. He was able to answer all our questions. My husband and I dreaded sitting in a dealership forever but Reliable had a separate toy room with windows that we could see our 3 year old at all times while he played. It was also raining cats and dogs the day went but we were able to check out vehicles inside of another garage to see what we liked best.
RecommendedMy experience at Reliable Subaru was fantastic. I had been in contact with them a few weeks before my purchase and knew which vehicle I wanted. A week before I could make it in they put my vehicle on hold for me until I got there so nobody else could look at it, drive it or buy it. RecommendedWalked into the dealership at 9:00AM and talked to Ted Worthy about what I wanted. Test drove the vehicle, had my truck appraised, met with the financial rep and left Reliable Subaru with a 2018 Subaru CrossTrek at 12:30PM. Excellent customer service. This is the third Subaru we have purchased from Reliable. Highly recommend.
