Amazing dealership. Customer satisfaction is their goal! This dealership went out of their way to make me feel like a person and NOT a sale. I have never had a purchasing experience like this one. Great Auto Buying Experience Damon Adcock was outstanding in every way. He made this my best ever auto buying experience. He was kind,thoughtful, & considerate of our time. He knew the Subaru Outback extremely well & took time to demonstrate the features & answer our questions. Jared Crawford was also very helpful by phone. Like No One Else - Where Our salesman was Ted W.. He never was pushy at all . He gave us time to our self to look around with out him , which we were impressed on that . Over all we felt everyone is friendly and didn't feel like we were at a dealer ship that we have experienced in the pass . We drive 140 miles one way just to deal with them .

Fantastic people work here -- and Subarus are the best! Multiple car purchases here. I've dealt primarily with Ethan Henry, who is as sharp a young salesman as there is in this region. Just an outstanding young guy who really knows the product and how to best deal with the customer. The staff is really fantastic all the way through, and the Subaru Forester? LOVE. If you are in the market for a new vehicle and you don't swing by, you're doing yourself a disservice. Do yourself one more favor -- ask for Ethan when you go!

2015 Forester Purchase After seeing the Consumer Reports ratings for the 2015 Subaru Forester I really wanted to try one out. I contacted Reliable Imports to set a test drive appointment and realized, at that time, they were a superior dealership by their contact and interest. Excellent experience It was time for me to replace my old car and after researching and driving cars at other dealerships I decided to check out the Subaru Crosstrek. When I went in to test drive I met Don Logan.
