Spectacular customer service and selling experience I purchased a Subaru CrossTrek in December. I first looked online to see what car dealers had what I was looking for in stock because I hate car shopping. I was extremely impressed with the service I received when going to Reliable. Only reason I didn't walk out was I wanted the car Went in with an appointment to see an orange crosstrek. Got there no orange. OK I can settle for another color. The sales guy obviously was a little dense and kept pushing his pitch. Shut up let me drive the car. Finally get through that and do financing paperwork. My credit is 824. My Second Impression We had a very bad experience the first time we came into Reliable Subaru to purchase our 2014 Subaru Outback. Upon hearing our complaint the general manager (Trevor) and the customer service manager (Misty) went above and beyond to change our initial impression. My wife and I recently purchased a new Subaru Outback and were exceptionally pleased with the entire buying process at Reliable Subaru. Our sales rep Dennon was super to work with, and really knows his product. The negotiating process was very quick and fair, and we are very happy with the fact that we got a terrific deal without any stress or drama! I was on long road trip, a service was due( covered by my out of state warranty, which I had to be aggressive to get them to honor) they changed the oil and rotated. The tires told me they broke off two or three lug nuts they replaced them. It was the end of the day they gave me my automobile back and it made a loud scraping noise. Bate and switch car lot. Showed one price on internet and in the office it was 2000 more. Also had over 5000 in add on over advertised price. Took my keys and would not give them back. Had to ask over 10 times to receive my keys so I could leave. Will never step foot on this dealership again.

Bait and switch. Numerous cars marked sold but still on the lot. It appeared that Selling cars was not their end goal. Reliable has repeatedly failed to sell me a vehicle when I was ready to buy. This has always resulted in my buying from other dealerships.
