Terrible app. Doesn't have options to unlink as a tenant

Garbage fees and payment delays only to end up with payment failures or late fees
The app thinks I'm a landlord and keeps trying to get me to sign up for it's service, to the point of excluding me from using the normal renter's features of the app.
My payment method magically disappeared and customer service was of no help at all.
For tenants, this app is cumbersome and anxiety inducing. There is a service charge no matter the payment method. If it was not convenient for my landlord (who I adore) I would not utilize this service. Devs comment is acknowledged.

Poor interface, confusing and contradictory instructions, and a difficult payment system. I have incurred several hundred dollars worth of credit card fees, bank fees, and duplicated transactions due to the difficulty of verifying which exact method will be billed in any given month. And of course, none of these fees are the responsibility of RentRedi. Not even the ones they themselves levy. This is the most difficult and stressful rent payment situation I've encountered in 20 years.
