Excellent customer support. I found the application process to be lacking in the area of employment it merely asks if you are employed or not, without other options to explain your income such as retirement or disability insurance, Which has the possibility of a negative impact to the approval of the application. In the documentation area where it tells you what documentation you will need it doesn't actually tell you, you have to press the plus sign in the upper right hand corner to see them

Worst app I ever tried to use. Would not allow me to ac This is a terrible app to use as a tenant. Would not allow me to answer the first question on each section. After I exited app my phone was flooded with advertisements that were difficult to clear.
