We started our phone conversations in September and were told that we would close in October unfortunately that never came true we ended up closing December 3 nonetheless we refinanced and there was a lack of communication between us and Renu also we never received the closing documents in an email so we had no idea what any of the paperwork look like. Or what the final numbers look like until the notary came for us to sign the paperwork!

The ReFi started June 20th and closed late Nov. This was supposed to have closed much sooner.

Ms Renu was always very professional while communicating with us but my husband and I are very disappointed about the time it took to close our refinancing process which took 3 month to be completed

The overall time was slow. Communication was disjointed and far from clear. For long periods of time we did not know what was happening. At one point we started to think we were getting out identity stolen or our title was in jeopardy. The paperwork was lengthy and the Notary on both signings was unreliable with appointments not being met.

Several things. Stop lying to people. If you give someone a rate quote, honor it. Especially when they ask you for a rate lock. Additionally, don’t tell someone that the matter will be completed within a month when you know for a fact that it will take longer. Lastly, clear your phone of messages. I tried calling several times only to find that her phone was full of messages and would not allow me to leave one.

Renu was awesome. Rest of the team was less than desirable. If it wasn't for her, we never would have followed through with the mortgage. Closing process was awful.

It took too long. Appraisal process was particularly difficult--first appointment was broken without even a phone call. In all, three appointments were required.
