Generally satisfied but needs some work Pros: Easy to use, dashboard self explanatory, not too busy Cons: Customer credit cards are not immediately approved. Retrofit Athletics True Review Pros: I like that the software keeps tracking simple. I do think it would be nice to customize the website integrations better along with adding better membership plans via Training vs Memberships. Cons: The APP. That is the biggest complaint is the use of the app makes it very difficult for our members and trainers. Heavy and a little clunky Pros: The integration with Ezidebit was one of my main considerations to purchase Rhinofit Cons: Clunky and too rigid. For instance, deleting invoices in bulk (or accepting, changing etc), creating custom reports etc. There's a lot of functionality, but not the stuff I need. Also the app is a bit heavyweight, and hard to use on mobiles. Painful, is how my members describe it. Happy with RhinoFit! Pros: This is the first product (gym management) system I've used. I'm happy with it. It has features I have not used YET. Important to me is the customer service - I can reach someone and/or they respond to an email which they do with in the day or early the next day and that is greatly appreciated. Cons: Wish there was an easier way to load workouts. The manual could use some work. I like to be able to find my answer in a manual before I reach out to someone. The Workout Management for you! Pros: The interface is simple, and easy to use; which is one of the reasons for using this application. It is great for gym/fitness club facilitators to manage the user's check-ins and timings as well. Cons: It seems as if the software allows data mining for the simple reason of knowing the client's schedule, details of timing, and tracking the clients. Super easy to set up and use Pros: Level of functionality and ease of initial set up. There are lot's of features that I did not have with previous software. Cons: I don't particularly love the look, but not too bad. Just What's Needed Pros: It's not complicated and it has exactly what we need without a bunch of frills. Cons: The inability to capture reporting over time and handling of recurring memberships. Overall: Relatively painless & easy to use.
