Good service but some simple tweaks could make it SO much better. Pros: Simple to use, good price. Easy to add members. Cons: I dont like that there is no credit system. Meaning that if a client books a session and does not show up there is no way of penalising them. I think there should be a feature where we can mark that client as 'not attended' and in turn it then charges them one of their paid credits. Hello Larry, Thank you for your feedback! If your members are on a single payment membership, it will give them a set number of classes. If they do not show up for a reservation, you can edit the number of classes they have left. We will add the feature request to have an automated option of freezing members from attending. Currently, you can do this but would have to view the report that shows when they reserve, but do not attend, and then put their membership on hold. Great Customer Management Software Pros: I find RhinoFit to be very helpful and gives me great control over managing my customers. customer service is superb! Cons: At first, can be confusing but once you fiddle around in it, you get used to it. It is not near as complicated as all other customer management software I have used in the past! Overall: One of my businesses has a monthly subscription agency based nature and it is easy to manage my customers' payments through RhinoFit.

The Muscle Mill Pros: Quick and easy to learn and put into practical use. Cons: At client check in, there is no signal or acceptance feature (like a sound - ding). We've had this in other systems so staff and other members knew when someone checked in. Also, would be helpful to have a notice of some sort appear at membership check-in if client owes dues.

RhinoFit Review Pros: Very affordable regardless the size of your business. Great customer service! Cons: Unable to create and save personalized automated emails. Mobile app needs a lot of work -- buttons too small for those with large fingers, is identical to website. needs to be simplified. Need to have a discount code option at checkout to reduce the workload on the seller.

Some good some not so Pros: The pricing is good. Website is concise but sometimes not clear. Easy to check people into class. Cons: Not able to integrate into other calendar applications, and didn’t seem like they were wanting to integrate that at any time in the near future. The process of financials are labor intensive. Great Product Pros: Ease of use is my favorite feature. I am still getting to know the back end but so far it does everything that I need it to. Cons: I would like to have more freedom in visual customization to match my brand. I would also like to see more booking features geared toward personal training and small group sessions. Overall: Service is good. It performs well. Overall I am satisfied with the product.

Excellent software, easy to use! Pros: How intuitive the program is to use and figure out. Appreciated the on-ramp training provided by RhinoFit staff Cons: Trying to remember all of the key items I was taught during the on-ramp process Overall: This software is key in setting up our new CrossFit gym schedule/merchandising/billing. So far enjoying the process.

So far it's been great Pros: I like the simplicity and the support. I found the program relatively intuitive throughout the set up process (although I have been using similar software for 2 years). Anytime I've encountered an issue the RhinoFit support team is just one call away and they have been more then helpful in answering my questions.
