The Muscle Mill Pros: Quick and easy to learn and put into practical use. Cons: At client check in, there is no signal or acceptance feature (like a sound - ding). We've had this in other systems so staff and other members knew when someone checked in. Also, would be helpful to have a notice of some sort appear at membership check-in if client owes dues.

RhinoFit Review Pros: Very affordable regardless the size of your business. Great customer service! Cons: Unable to create and save personalized automated emails. Mobile app needs a lot of work -- buttons too small for those with large fingers, is identical to website. needs to be simplified. Need to have a discount code option at checkout to reduce the workload on the seller.

Some good some not so Pros: The pricing is good. Website is concise but sometimes not clear. Easy to check people into class. Cons: Not able to integrate into other calendar applications, and didn’t seem like they were wanting to integrate that at any time in the near future. The process of financials are labor intensive. Lots of steps. The steps to accept credit cards was arduous. Overall: It’s a mixed bag. Great Product Pros: Ease of use is my favorite feature. I am still getting to know the back end but so far it does everything that I need it to. Cons: I would like to have more freedom in visual customization to match my brand. I would also like to see more booking features geared toward personal training and small group sessions. Overall: Service is good. It performs well. Overall I am satisfied with the product.

Excellent software, easy to use! Pros: How intuitive the program is to use and figure out. Appreciated the on-ramp training provided by RhinoFit staff Cons: Trying to remember all of the key items I was taught during the on-ramp process Overall: This software is key in setting up our new CrossFit gym schedule/merchandising/billing. So far enjoying the process.

So far it's been great Pros: I like the simplicity and the support. I found the program relatively intuitive throughout the set up process (although I have been using similar software for 2 years). Anytime I've encountered an issue the RhinoFit support team is just one call away and they have been more then helpful in answering my questions. RhinoFit Review Pros: Auto billing is great, hard to tell if your really getting all your $ though Cons: Access tracking, report access, hard to tell if your really getting your $ Overall: Reports are hard to access, access tracking is a little weird. it’s overall good though don’t get me wrong.

Can’t beat it for the money Pros: Price point is awesome Meets the needs of business Cons: Clunky to schedule appointments No automated payroll tabulation Overall: I came from a higher end product which was easier to use and had more functionality but was over triple the cost of rhino fit. This does the job for the most part

Finally someone got it right! Pros: Menus are clear and intuitive. There is a real sense of sticking to what matters and eschewing the fluff and things that go ding. Customization might not be as high as some other systems, but fewer weeds as well. When we were setting up our account, I had Jury Duty and programmed all of our membership offerings on the phone app in just a couple of hours.
