If you were changing entry and membership tracking systems, we recommend RhinoFit Pros: The customer service team at RhinoFit is outstanding! We switched over to a new entry system after 20 years of using an older system that we could no longer get access cards for. The RhinoFit software is definitely much more in depth than what we were using before and tracks many more aspects of our new members renewed members cancellations and other metrics that we just simply could not track before with our old system. Best customer service ever! Pros: It is super user friendly and easy to use. We love it & so do our members. The customer service is also outstanding! Cons: I really don't have anything I don't like about it. Wish the fees were a bit cheaper for credit card charges. Overall: Amazing! We love it and so do our members. Best in Class Hands Down Pros: The membership pages are awesome. They have enjoyed interacting with it. The members really enjoy having a mobile application they can use to view details of the gym. Cons: Learning how to setup the memberships w/ discount options is challenging. I have to set up each membership one by one. I wish we had a membership contract as well members could sign that could customize their fee, months joining, and pay date listed on the contract. So happy I have the RhinoFit Team behind me! Pros: Communication with tech team is fantastic. Victor & Chris really make it easy & they always are releasing updates! Cons: Would prefer a slightly better layout for PT sessions vs class biased - but this is minimal & I work around it. Benefits highly outweigh this
Rhinofit Review Pros: Easy to navigate. Generates reports. Robust menu. Cons: Not being able to do more on financial management (editing and cleaning up) and membership status (move to Hold or Inactive tab). Overall: Okay. Just have to keep playing with it.
RhinoFit Experience Pros: Very easy to use compared to other softwares. Good costumer service Cons: Ability to customize the app. Some of the fixtures are limited and time consuming. Sometimes hard to track statistics overall.
This is perfect Pros: While not a gym, this software is perfect for my membership driven business. From sending renewal notices to announcements, this makes communicating to my mass seamless and time saving. Cons: I have not used it long enough to have any issues with the system. Overall: My onboarding was seamless! They took my database of courses, workshops and events and my current membership database and created my master piece of a user friendly database.
awesome software! Pros: it is simple to use and has everything and more that you need to start up your gym! Cons: nothing really can i can bad about the system... Overall: transitioning from Mindbody to Rhinofit was a little difficult but the customer service I got from rhinofit was great. Was never hard at all to get a hold of someone to help you.
Good Software. Not built for MMA or BJJ gyms, but works for them Pros: The membership tracking works very well. I like being able to put an ipad into kiosk mode, and use it for that Cons: The belt ranking system automatically promotes people after a given amount of time. Which is rediculous Overall: Positive
