Not easy to use Pros: displaying classes. Signing in students. keeping track of people passes Cons: Price. Can't see past passes that a person bought once it expires Overall: A drop in students can not sign into a class. HOw does a person who comes across our classes want to sign in. and pay when they show up?

Hello Kathryn, Thank you for your feedback. We have different options for Drop-Ins or Trial members that want to come in and just attend one class. If you would like them to just sign up to try a class, then you would have a trial membership that allows for one class and has no cost. Once the memberships expire, they go on the list of "Past Memberships". Any pertinent information is automatically added in the "Notes" section. A few problems Pros: The fact that it has door readers and that management does not have to do much to sign up tenants. Cons: The door readers do not work consistently. There is a software issue. The word student is built into the program which throws off our users. When someone's payment does not go through, it does not tell us the reason why. Good Pros: Can access anything we need, the software has the records. Cons: Is not that easy to understand for any other needed. like, let say we would like to set up a signature or email header on the system. But is kinda hassle where we have to contact the customer service. Review for RHino Pros: I dont have to bill collect anymore..i can just set people up on auto pay Cons: its not easy to tell who has paid me. I have to log in to my credit card account and merchant account and it doesnt always have my clients name on it who paid. Overall: over all its good. Most of the time when I need help there is someone to answer customer service

Rhinofit Review Pros: Price is very good. It works very well for what I need it to do. Cons: I'd like to see a better user interface in schedule mode when viewing on the mobile device. Sometimes classes blocks look very small and it's hard to use it intuitively. I'd like to see more automated email options. Manager Pros: Cost and ease of use and i need to type more Cons: Functionality and i type more because there Overall: Its alright, could use more dev and improvement.
50-50 Pros: online reservation is rapid and easy for the member, member profil is complete with benchmark and a lot of information. Cons: you can't reactivated an expired membership, you have to create another one...big waste of time Overall: save time with the online reservation, it's the main reason why i need this software
Perfect gym management software Pros: It has useful tools for managing schedules - both group and private training, student management, workout of the day, and payment processing - for tuition and item purchase. Cons: There are so many features that it can be overwhelming at times. Overall: RhinoFit is a great product to run your gym. It has everything you need to manage clients and the daily gym operations.

CrossFit Pros: Response time of Customer service when we have an issue. Cons: The look and lack of updating features. We were told features were coming last year and no updates were made. We also have constant issues with the app and website.
