So simple!!!!!!! Pros: Easy to setup, they don't charge an arm and a leg. Has a set price per month, not like the other top brands that charge more as your membership increases! Cons: Nothing! Everything about this software is fantastic. From the very start of setup they helped me out and got me up and running in no time. Overall: Makes my daily work simple and easy. Makes my members login simple and easy. Cant recommend Rhino Fit enough!

Love this software. Pros: Easy to use, and customer service is great. Cons: So far no complaints. So far no complaints Overall: Helps manage, and bill clients so i can focus on Training and not on administrative issues.

Dma review Pros: Streamlines a small gym’s management, solid layout. Cons: Changes occasionally fail to implement, some key features are difficult to find. Wish it could be better co-branded so my customers see my business as the face of the service, with *powered by rhinofit underneath Overall: It works, I just wish it worked better.

Awesome Product Pros: It’s easy to use and implement. The rank system has been a great tool as well as the attendance tracking. I also have the ability to track my fitness client progress as well within the same software. Cons: I don’t have anything that I like the least! Overall: Great overall experience. Everyone is very helpful if I have questions or need any kind of help.

Great Service Pros: Ease of use, and I really like the Rhino. Cons: It would be cool to link our workouts with the software, to keep customers interacting online. Overall: Very helpful staff. Simple and user friendly platform.

BEST I'VE FOUND Pros: I really like the flexibility and functionality of the software so far Cons: Page load time is slow and its a little confusing for staff to figure out difference between memberhip and package Overall: I've worked with mindbody, zen planner, and another software. so far this is the best and much cheaper

Not bad at all but for the price point -really good! Pros: It's appearance and ease of use. It allows me to add and track important information that I like to keep track of. Cons: I was not able to fully customize the waivers and there is an email work-around for multiple family members that is awkward. I was also not able to use the milestone marker feature as it appears to have been designed for weight-lifting gyms. Awful Customer Service Pros: It was fairly easy to set up. And my boss really likes the check in feature. Cons: Tried calling multiple times for help and no answer also set an email but it's been over a week with no response.
Great Software Pros: Easy to use. Every option you'd ever need. Cheaper than others for unlimited waivers Cons: no complaints. If i had to search deep for a complaint: I have thousands of waivers which takes a while to load. Overall: unbelievable customer service. instant connection to a helpful human
