I’m very happy and satisfied the fastest service they did, amazing my pool was horrible after the hurricane the water was dark green my pump don’t work correctly and after that I don’t was in my home because we have a emergency app with the doctor after all we reach the house we have the beautiful pool back clear water all problem solve fast and in time I give you 10 stars from the first call Paula was amazing and Julie Richards is the most honest amazing friendly person . We love you Richard’s Total backyards and solutions.
Very happy with our new hot tub. Joy was our sales person. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. She also went out of her way to bring us an extra step when we needed it.
They built tthe pool of our dreams. I wwould highhighly recommend Richards pools.
I needed a hot tub for my chronic pain disease. We went to Richard's and the staff was wonderful and understanding. We planned an entire backyard makeover for the new hot tub. The owner even worked with me directly to get the project done so I would get my pain relief. It was the fastest I've ever seen a project completed and that was during the tax day floods! J.R., Paula, Tami, and the staff at Richard's are so kind and helpful. Thank You!
Great place and very helpful team. Made our Spa buying pretty easy and we *LOVE* our Hot Springs Salt Water Spa. Cristina was extremely helpful and Quentin knows everything about the spas! Very neat show room as well... our youngest loved all the ducks in the spa and we had to get rubber ducks for ours!
If I could give Janine Willson 100 stars I would love to do that!!! She is awesome!!! Brilliant, Nice, friendly, creative, knowledgeable..... Any good words I can find to describe her is not enough!!!!! I got contact with her through an internet request I just send out randomly. Even that time I do not have my own house yet!!!
