Only having the option of buying the 4 course dinner is offputting. It is very expensive for what you get.
I would prefer the menu which was ala cart. I felt the option/food was better. Some of the courses were very small. For the cost, the value was not there.
We should have eaten outside as the tables on the patio were spaced out better as inside the restaurant we felt like we were on top one another. The panna cotta and tiramisu were the highlights of the four courses. The starters were good but the pastas had too much oil for our liking and the cod was way undercooked.
Excellent as always. We had not been to Bartolotta since last fall and are sorry it had been so long. Everything was outstanding and we love the prize fixe menu. We like being able to try different dishes. Will be back soon
Ristorante Bartolotta used to be our favorite restaurant. Since transitioning to the "Un viaggio To ..." (four course) menu format, our dishes have often been disappointing. Even though the service was prompt and friendly, last night's meal did not deviate from that disappointment we experienced in the recent past. We look forward to the return of the original menu format (and offerings) in March 2023... at which time we will be among the first patrons to help Ristorante Bartolotta celebrate the return to that traditional me... read more
The menu is very limited with the new concept of a multi-course dinner. Portions are small.
Went “all in” on truffle dinner and was horribly underwhelmed. I love this restaurant but this meal seriously made me question my ROI.
The tables felt a little to close together and not enough privacy
Entrees were ok but it should come with a vegetable. The potatoes were overdone and flavorless. I was a little disappointed with what was served for the price. Service was great as always. Food was just so so. I expected more from Bartolottas. No wow factor .
