I am extremely happy with my new flooring from rite-rug. My installer, Kevin was very professional and he did a beautiful job laying the tile. I'm very happy!! I will asked for Kevin in the future!

The work that was done is really good, customer service (Ernest) was amazing. However, i had a certain area of the house blocked off because that is where all our valuables were/where we were sleeping. Everything had been moved out of the working area into this room, so there was no reason to go into this room. Again, said room was blocked off. The techs laying the carpet moved the item(s) blocking the door(s), unlocked the LOCKED back door and decided to use the back door to bring in carpet and tools in and out instead of t... read more

The company is horrible and doesn’t care about it customers. My daughter had a hamster cage that was sat on top a 3 ft long dresser that was easily picked up and moved for the carpet installation. Instead I was woke up to SCREAMING as they had completely broken and shattered the top of on of her cages thank god it wasn’t the one she was in because the hamster would’ve been dead. A few years back we used Rite Rug for carpeting our whole upstairs. We ended up having to repaint all the trim and walls because of the way they brushed and dinged them all up. Couldn't touch it up. Now, Rite Rug installed tile in our new home built by Ryan Homes. In the master shower they laid the tile on the walls over primed drywall. No membrane, no cement board. Nothing. Never again. Short cuts all over.

Service after the sale is poor to say the least. Year and a half old lvp flooring separating. Rite rugs warranty policy is one year, after that they charge you $75 to look at the work and give an estimate. They also want you to sign a very long legal agreement absolving them from any liability what so ever with their work past and present. The first time they came out to our home there was no appointment scheduled, we had no idea they were coming but we already realized there was a language barrier when discussing it. Today was our scheduled installation they get here walk through and measure areas. The lady that was assisting them walks up to us and shows us a text basically the text was telling them to leave and not do the work I asked what is this about and she shrugs her shoulders as if she did not know. Horrible experience. Paid them for flooring and the crew made mistakes. Three months later trying to get them to fix and finish the job. Missed work and no one shows up.
