The install was in our basement and the crew was very careful taking the carpet down the stairs and avoiding doing any damage to the walls. They worked quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up as they went along and were very professional. The carpet looks great, my wife and I love the carpet and the memory foam padding that was installed.
Both of the men we very friendly, polite, and professional. They worked quickly, and did a great job. I will ask for them the next time we buy carpet again.

I was very impressed with the sales lady. She helped us with our selection and we didn’t have to wait long. The installation was done very well. We had to have furniture moved and the two installers hit the ground running and never stopped for the six hours they were here. I definitely recommend Rite Rug.

You did a great job in getting my carpet in the day after I ordered it. Also, they were great in recognizing a defect in the flooring that had to be corrected before the finalizing of the carpet install.
We have been very pleased with the Care & Customer Service with the E. Broad Right Rug. They have always been very prompt & willing to work with any or all of our needs. Jack Stein is who we usually use but when I went into the store the other day & Jack was off, & the Manager did a great job taking care of me. We purchase quite often as we are buying for rental property.
