arrived on time installed immediately. toilet not pulled so I had to call store and found out it was not scheduled by plumber flooring people did it and were done quickly plumbers were called and arrived and reinstalled toilet. all in same day

I've used right rug for decades, both in my home and for a four family apartment buildingrecent. With my recent experience with Rite rug I experienced a problem both with the installer being extremely unprofessional and with an issue of miss cutting so a stairway could not be completed with enough carpet, with one phone call to Jack at the right rug store on East Broad Street the matter was resolved immediately scheduled for the following day to be completed, which it was the first thing the next morning with a very nice e... read more

I worked with Assistant Mgr Earnest Crank at the east broad street location on the eintire process. Earnest is very professional and handled the entire process from start to finish in an efficient manner. He has great customer service skills and possesses very good follow through skills. The flooring installers also did a great job and provided good quality work. I have always been very pleased dealing with your east broad street location.

The install was in our basement and the crew was very careful taking the carpet down the stairs and avoiding doing any damage to the walls. They worked quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up as they went along and were very professional. The carpet looks great, my wife and I love the carpet and the memory foam padding that was installed.

I was very impressed with the sales lady. She helped us with our selection and we didn’t have to wait long. The installation was done very well. We had to have furniture moved and the two installers hit the ground running and never stopped for the six hours they were here. I definitely recommend Rite Rug.
