It was a pleasure working with Ernest Crank. He asked great questions, listened to our goals, and kept us in-the-loop for the whole process. The installer was top notch -- called ahead, arrived a few minutes early, worked hard and never stopped, and did a super job. And fyi, the cost was very reasonable. Thank you RiteRug!

My experience with your sales staff was stellar. Mr. Crank made himself available to my schedule, was patient, accommodating. He was particularly resourceful with locating alternative flooring options when we discovered that the one I selected was no longer available. I had an expectation that the actual installation would take much less than 7 hours, given that it was an average size room. Perhaps a more realistic time frame should be communicated by whomever schedules. Thanks
