Service after the sale is poor to say the least. Year and a half old lvp flooring separating. Rite rugs warranty policy is one year, after that they charge you $75 to look at the work and give an estimate. They also want you to sign a very long legal agreement absolving them from any liability what so ever with their work past and present. The first time they came out to our home there was no appointment scheduled, we had no idea they were coming but we already realized there was a language barrier when discussing it. Today was our scheduled installation they get here walk through and measure areas. The lady that was assisting them walks up to us and shows us a text basically the text was telling them to leave and not do the work I asked what is this about and she shrugs her shoulders as if she did not know. Horrible experience. Paid them for flooring and the crew made mistakes. Three months later trying to get them to fix and finish the job. Missed work and no one shows up.

5 years ago I spent over $10k to have RightRug install carpet for my entire home. Within the first year I was already seeing ripples and lumps in the carpet where they had installed premium padding with my low-pile carpet (which any installer will tell you should not be done). I called them and told them, so they sent out a carpet stretcher who acted like he knew what he was doing, but didn’t even fix the ripples we had at the time and then guilted me into signing a form to say I appreciated his job, which later turned out t... read more

Installers did a nice job but installed the wrong color carpet

Long story short! The price I was quoted, signed off on and agreed upon by who I was told was the President of the company Larry was not honored! Sales associate Jim Gallione did not calculate the footage correctly and placed blame on the measurements I gave him on a diagram of the room I created. Not only was the footage off by 400+ sq. ft. the sales slip (that Larry signed off on) was incorrectly written. It was so far off so much so that NO ONE would take my payment. Salesman was great, one was sections was supposed to be 6’3” for a closer and was cut to 5’7”, I have a 1/4-1/2 gap from the wall on each side of closet.
