Verified Renter It's been amazing! There are maybe some electrical issues with the apartment but other than that it's been great. Marianna is incredible and has made this whole process seamless and incredible.

Verified Renter When you put a Maintenance order in they come right away if they can. If not the same day. They’re very friendly and nice. They’re great at doing there job.

Verified Renter Location in the heart of downtown can't be beat! Always something going on and if not, Waukesha is great for people watching as it has a few characters. Building is well-kept, communication is improving, and the maintenance is top-notch. Game room is available, but the hours are uncertain. It used to be available 24 hours, but the app to let you in has limited hours (7am - 5pm). The games in there could use an upgrade, especially the pool table. The arcade games are great and free!
