Verified Renter I've really enjoyed meeting my new neighbors, and how much help I've gotten with the apartment! I love the apartment everything was pretty clean upon move in. We were even lent a cart to help us move everything into the apartment!
Verified Renter Rivers Edge is the best apartment complex in downtown Waukesha. The apartments are well laid out, maintenance is excellent, and the staff is great. It's great to have the option of indoor parking and the community rooms and fitness center are very nice. It is also quiet and my neighbors are great.

Verified Renter I'd be more comfortable with a dead bolt lock on my door.just not to easy with whats provided . If I pass my door I can easily unlock it just by forgetting to lock the door.

Verified Renter The building itself is nice. I moved in & my fridge was dirty stove is raggedy & seems that it hasn’t been change for some years. I had to scrub the fridge myself and that was very upsetting but overall I love the apartment, it feels like a home.

Verified Renter The apartment itself is spacious, plenty of room in the bedroom for larger mattresses and dressers. The building itself is well maintained and the mailroom is a big plus, as all the big packages get delivered right there. They also have a really pretty courtyard in the center of the building to hang out in, and a really cool community room and fully stocked gym. Really awesome building
