Verified Renter Location in the heart of downtown can't be beat! Always something going on and if not, Waukesha is great for people watching as it has a few characters. Building is well-kept, communication is improving, and the maintenance is top-notch. Game room is available, but the hours are uncertain. It used to be available 24 hours, but the app to let you in has limited hours (7am - 5pm). The games in there could use an upgrade, especially the pool table. The arcade games are great and free! Verified Renter cute little area, not too many people. Parking however can be hell, nothing bad or wrong about the place everyone's always wearing there best smiles.

Verified Renter Love it here! Been here around 8 years. Close to everything, food drinks. The river walk is right at the front door. The staff is always so helpful. Quiet too.

Verified Renter The building is spacious and has some great amenities from heated and enclosed parking, to a nice fitness center. However, some of the staff both in the front office and in the maintenance team are very dismissive and make you feel bad for asking for the kind of help they advertise themselves as being a resource for. Verified Renter So far pretty good few issues with the parking and getting a remote that works as currently it only opens one door but it's the one I'd likely use all the time anyway so not to much of an inconvenience
