Verified Renter I've only been here for a couple of days but I already love the place! Everyone I have met so far is extremely nice and I feel so safe! Jasmine has been so accommodating with everything!
Verified Renter I'd be more comfortable with a dead bolt lock on my door.just not to easy with whats provided . If I pass my door I can easily unlock it just by forgetting to lock the door.

Verified Renter The building itself is nice. I moved in & my fridge was dirty stove is raggedy & seems that it hasn’t been change for some years. I had to scrub the fridge myself and that was very upsetting but overall I love the apartment, it feels like a home.

Verified Renter The apartment itself is spacious, plenty of room in the bedroom for larger mattresses and dressers. The building itself is well maintained and the mailroom is a big plus, as all the big packages get delivered right there. They also have a really pretty courtyard in the center of the building to hang out in, and a really cool community room and fully stocked gym. Really awesome building

Verified Renter Nice place to live. Although the area has slipped a bit, I still enjoy living here. Maintenance has been very prompt and management is friendly. Sometimes a little overwhelmed so may take some time for changes. Overall, I would recommend Rivers Edge.

Verified Renter Everything is fine so far except that our tub is chipping paint, noticed black mold under the sink but that's all. Everyone is nice so far. Not to sound mean but need to be honest

Verified Renter Great location in the heart of downtown Waukesha! Plenty of amenities including gym, game room, and pet washing room. Communication from the office is much improved regarding water shutoffs, garage door issues, etc. The maintenance staff are outstanding. They are all friendly, knowledgeable, and quick responding to any issues. The grounds are kept up very nicely, but the dog area is getting a bit overgrown. I recommend living here.
