Verified Renter The Good: Excellent location near downtown and grocery stores. Renovated units and common areas look great. Maintenance is fast and effective, and I love that the building is completely smoke-free. The Bad: Cleanliness is a major issue. Despite promises of daily cleaning, my 2nd-floor hallway hasn't been cleaned in 4 months (dirty walls, cobwebs). Elevators constantly smell bad, and dog poop is often left in green areas.
