I will start be saying this has been an overall horrible experience. No part of this was easy. No staff at rock hill Nissan was helpful or knowledgeable. We will never shop here again. We will never make a service appointment here. We went here and bought an Armada at the beginning of may. The sales rep, Khyrie, told us that this vehicle had only had one owner and one accident with impact on the back only. We later found out this was untrue. I haven't heard nice things about your dealership, you overcharged a friend of mine which now she's in debt because of your sales practices, based on what I've researched about your dealership I'd rather buy a bicycle, maybe you will find a soul and fix that $6,000 ... we'll call it an error, between my friend and all of our friends in common on face book I think it's well over 1000 which might mean over 1000 bad reviews or not but doing the right thing and having good business practices will go a long way.. have a blessed ... read more

Went in because my check engine light came on. Set up an appointment to come in and drop it off Friday night for work on Saturday morning. When I got there, they didn’t know who I was or what I was in for (should be in the system). Showed them my check engine light was on, was instantly quoted a price of $150 for the diagnostic. The sales staff at this dealership has horrible business ethics. This place lives up to the nickname of being a "stealership". I called the sales manager about a used car they had and he gave me an out the door price and a guarantee to hold the car for two days with a $500 deposit. I wanted to hold the car so that my wife could test drive it on her day off. After work I made the two hour drive to the dealership and test drove the car. I’ve been to this location on several occasions but today I experienced racist/colorist comment from member of management after I was asked (by way of hand motion) to move out of line to let others behind me be checked out. Allegedly the desk was waiting for my paperwork at 1pm after a 7:30am appointment. I had previously explained to Shelby and management that I was on a time crunch and to run my card without a coupon. Terrible experience l really got ripped off, didn’t received any paper work on the purchase. Sold warranty that weren’t necessary took my lump sum of down payment and did not show it on the paperwork. Once I got to the finance manager to sign the paperwork the price had changed and went up tremendously.
