we had purchased low e windows for our house, the installers were Gerardo and Gerould and they definitely get FIVE STAR rating from us, they were the best and when we have more work done in the future we are requesting that they are the ones that come back out, Washington Energy I hope you know how valuable these employees are, thanks again guys!!! We had our windows replaced in 2020. There is now a leak in one of the windows. My husband contacted them, they said they would send someone out. John came (my husband was at work) and was dismissive of my questions. He didn’t get in a ladder to look at the top of the window, he claimed it was because of the gutters. I asked how that could be as I regularly clean them. He didn’t get on a ladder and look at the gutters either. I offered to get our ladder so he could actually look but he refused. They do what they said they'll do they do very well and neat, 10 days later my unit was shot down, no heat no cooling, very disappointed.

The installation of a Navien tankless water heater was completed without a means of back-flushing the appliance. The only thing a homeowner can do is drain the device. My hope is that they will attend to this shortcoming. More, later.

I contacted this company in August of 2021 (it is currently May of 2022). We got on the schedule for someone to come out and give an estimate in October. Sure it was pretty far out, but it’s been tough getting anyone scheduled for anything. We were given an estimate for a heat pump/furnace/water heater, which we approved and put down a sizable deposit. I was told we would hear from someone about scheduling. Well I ordered windows through them and they were supposed to come with screens, one window got the screens and the other one didn’t. It’s been two months since they said they were going to get me the other screen and I still don’t have it. They have been paid in full so, customer service wise I wouldn’t order anything else from them.

This neighbor of mine, who shall remain unnamed, posted this plea on a social site. If this is the kind of service you can expect, I'd steer clear if I was you. "Does Anyone Have an In with Anyone at Washington Energy Services? I had a new Rheem water heater installed in mid April to replace my still working but not very well 19 year old tank.
