We had our windows replaced in 2020. There is now a leak in one of the windows. My husband contacted them, they said they would send someone out. John came (my husband was at work) and was dismissive of my questions. He didn’t get in a ladder to look at the top of the window, he claimed it was because of the gutters. The installation of a Navien tankless water heater was completed without a means of back-flushing the appliance. The only thing a homeowner can do is drain the device. My hope is that they will attend to this shortcoming. More, later.
I contacted this company in August of 2021 (it is currently May of 2022). We got on the schedule for someone to come out and give an estimate in October. Sure it was pretty far out, but it’s been tough getting anyone scheduled for anything. Well I ordered windows through them and they were supposed to come with screens, one window got the screens and the other one didn’t. It’s been two months since they said they were going to get me the other screen and I still don’t have it. They have been paid in full so, customer service wise I wouldn’t order anything else from them.
