Beautiful ambiance and Valentina was a perfect server. Drinks and food were delicious. We will definitely be back
Cheese bowl pasta was great and I was scared it would not sit well in my stomach but it did! It was great and my wife short ribs pasta was amazing! GOAT cheese arugula salad was a good start!
Pappadelle Bolognese was delicious. Very tasty! And the pizza was also wonderful. And had a great time with our server Maria.
This place is absolutely stunning! It brings all the Italian vibes right to the heart of downtown San Diego. It's the perfect spot for a date night or a girls' night out. We were blown away by the eggplant appetizer, and the pasta swirled us into the best feeling ever. It was so rich and decadent, every bite was unforgettable!

Awesome dinner, we got the cacio e Pepe and chicken entree. Server Francesco even gave us a free dessert! Good but not overbearing service
Great service by Francesco he was very attentive, it was the last day of our honeymoon. We had the cheese wheel and the lamb ossubucco. Yummy food.
Maria was prompt when I asked for ice, and very willing to take a photo of my date and me. And when communicating with me, she had good eye contact and smiled. Attentive waitress, food service!
Romanissimo is hands down the best pizza in Downtown San Diego. The pizza is authentic and absolutely delicious. The carpaccio and burrata were both outstanding--fresh, high-quality, and full of flavor. If you're looking for a true Italian restaurant with authentic food and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go, service was excellent Highly recommended!
