Several of us were staying in San Diego for a conference and decided to have dinner at Romanissimo the last evening we were in town. It was amazing! The food was delicious and the portions good sized, both my wife and I had some leftover. Our server, Fabio, was excellent! He went over and above to help us when one dish was incorrect. I highly recommend Romanissimo!
This was our first visit. We will definitely come back. Fabio was fantastic, the lobster ravioli, and carbonara were TO DIE FOR.

This place was great. The food was really good. Hubby had the seafood pasta special and I had the cheese wheel (delicious!). Our server Maria was Italian which made the experience feel so authentic! Loved it.
Fabio was fantastic. Asked about recommendations and the beef cheek was AHHHHH-mazing. Very attentive but not overbearing. The food was delicious we are leaving with happy bellies. Highly recommend and ask for Fabio from Milano
Perfect dinner date spot. My husband and I had fettuccine Alfredo and the cacio e Pepe which were both really good. Our server Fabio was also great and very attentive.

Wonderful authentic beautifully set up Italian restaurant in the Gaslamp Quarter, Maria was our server and really lovely and helpful. Great food and time to eat comfortably before walking up to Symphony Hall for a concert. If we lived in San Diego this would definitely be a regular place to eat for us!
