Excellent service. Fabio was attentive and charming. The food was great, I had the cheese wheel pasta and it was a large portion and very flavorful. The ambiance is nice, just a little loud because they were busy.
First time dining at Romanissimo and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was great.... But the service was amazing!! Our server was Maria and she was knowledgeable of the menu offerings, friendly and attentive throughout the dining experience. She made sure we had everything we needed and timed the courses out perfectly! We will definitely be back and asking for Maria!

Randomly stumbled upon this place while drinking and gaming around Gaslamp and I am glad we did! I've been craving Italian food for a while and this place was amazing! We ordered some calamari and Caesar salad to start and both were decent. I ordered the cheese wheel pasta and it was incredible! The flavor is very tasty, I was obsessed. We were all so impressed with our server Roberto, authentic Italian man from Sicily who accommodated my pasta request for a nice Frutti Di Mare which was just as amazing as he was!! The staff was also very welcoming to our little Baby Frankie who made an absolute mess on the floor lol. Thank you all for an enjoyable meal with friends!
I came to Romanissimo and it's always such a nice experience. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and good service. Every time I visit, Fabio is my server he's very friendly, attentive, and always checks in to make sure we have everything we need and that our food is perfect.
