Matteo the Bartender (who happens to also have amazing hair!) was the absolute BEST! He makes the best aperol spritz and even put me onto a Hugo Spritz - something I've never tried before! Both were so yummy!! Matteo is so attentive and kind beyond measure! My first time at this place and will not be my last! Thank you for such a great experience at the bar, Matteo!! :)
Mateo the bartender is the best ever. He made the best Aperol spritz, Hugo spritz, and the happy hour menu is unmatched. He provided the best service and the restaurant is so clean and a great ambiance. 100000% recommended!
Romanissimo was incredible. Matteo delivered outstanding service with so much warmth and attention to detail with the best drink preparation in city. From the hospitality to the atmosphere, it was an experience that truly stands out. Absolutely worth the visit.

Great food. Friendly staff. Cool environment in a nice location. Recommended !! We enjoyed the authentic cheese wheel pasta and the charcuterie board immensely. The staff were lots of fun and all had big smiles.
We had great service from Maria recently. Pleasant experiences with everyone else also. We visit this place couple times a year when we visit San Diego
Romanissimos is a lovely spot in Gaslamp Village. The atmosphere is great and the food and drinks were too. Maria's service was excellent!
