My fiancee and I have gone to this Rosati's location quite a few times since they opened. Our experiences, in the beginning, were not great, as wait times were much longer than represented, pizza was undercooked and sometimes the front desk was left without anyone greeting the guests for long periods of time. When I ordered the girl on the phone was very pleasant and patient. I had my pizza delivered in shorter time than expected. I enjoy authentic pizza and will order again!

We have waited with bated breath for this Rosati's location to open. Very exciting to have a pizza place one mile from our house! I cannot say how delicious the pizza is and how great the customer service. My husband and I have ordered pizza from this location FIVE times since they opened at the beginning of March. We are shocked to discover it is that many times. The 5th time we ate the pizza was as delicious as all other times. Saturday 12/13/25, store closes at 9, but doors were locked, woman answering the phone said they stop taking orders at 8. Just close at 8 then.. seemed like it was just the workers trying to get out of there early.
Poor service. Pizzas good but I ordered buffalo wings and got wings without any buffalo sauce. Second time this has happened. I also got the impression they didn't really care about customer service.
