This facility has a really welcoming and positive environment the moment you walk in, you get greeted with a smile. From what I've seen, the staff work well together and are supportive of one another which makes a big difference in the overall atmosphere. It can get busy at times but things are still organized and handled professionally. The residents are also treated with a lot of care and respect which is really important. My review is mixed. My father was there in July thrur Dec. he was doing really well with rehab and getting his strength back. We had one issue with a nurse that we let the social worker know and they took care of it. In Nov he took a turn was admitted to the hosp where we as a family made the decision to place him on hospice we were told he would go back to the rehab center for hospice. We thought we would be in a special area of the rehab center. No we weren't he was placed in a room across from his old room the nurses... read more

This past summer, I unexpectedly found myself in need of this facility's services, having to recuperate from a broken femur and wrist. The staff here are compassionate and very caring--from the nurses to the CNAs. I am especially appreciative of the care I received from the CNAs--every single one of them. They did their job well and with a smile. I am especially grateful to two CNAs. Mr. B, who was my Angel, always there when I really needed him. And, of course, Madisen, who I will never forget. Day 7. This is my 2nd review. My previous review on day one is how I felt that day in that moment. I was ready to give up. The move from Roseville Surgery Center to Roseville Care Center was overwhelming for me. I have never been institutionalized in a skilled nursing facility before. When I arrived I was in pain and wanted it fixed fast. At this point there are no more injectable fast acting pain medications available. I have received impeccable care since that first night. Good quality rehab. OT, PT to help to get you back on your feet. I came there unable to walk without a walker, and then barely. Left being able to move around. Big problem was sleep. Each room had two patients. My roommates were suffering so it was difficult to sleep. Averaged about four hours a night--not nearly enough for me.

I've taken my mom there about four weeks ago now and so far no problems. Everybody is very very nice. They are all very busy so sometimes we have to be patient after pushing our button but everybody has been just great so far so good.
