I have no problem with Rushmore. They have been good to work with. My problem is with Good Mortgage. I have had two loan officers, duplicated requests for information, poor/no response to emails and phone calls, it took over 2 months to get an appraisal, and no sense of urgency. The loan officer I am working with now, Laura, is a nice lady but seems to be overwhelmed. My impression is that Good Mortgage does not have enough staff. I had received a letter about my loan. I called to verify. The agent placed me on hold for over 15 minutes. Long enough for y'all to close, then hung up on me. It would be great if your people can finish with their customers before they leave.
Over all experience with Rushmore loan services was tiring and testing, bad communication skills in common language sets. When asked to get paperwork for a refinancing it took me calling 3 times and almost a month and half to get the paperwork. Dealing with Rushmore also came into the decision factors when we concluded that we would sell our house. Would not recommend Rushmore to anyone.
In time of need,Rushmore’s was there. Thanks for letting us be late on payment durning our evacuation foe an Hurricane. And not charging us late fees. It’s great to know that we can rely on you in emergency. May all of your code workers, family and friends be safe and have better years to come.

Rushmore doesn't know how to disburse funds!! A bunch of idiots work there !!!! My husband and I both get a military pension and depending on how our direct deposit falls in the months , some months we can get paid the first and/ or the last working day of the month , when it falls on the last working day of they should know that goes to the next month's payment but they can't differentiate where the money goes so the put it towards the principle and escrow. I am trying to get a pay-off statement so that I can sell my property and Rushmore stalled for their 3 to 5 business days, which is unbelievable. My primary loan on the property was through SPS and I was able to push a button on their website to get the pay-off statement. I have having to call over and over again to get them to send this to me...you would think they would want pay-offs to happen smoothly, but instead they are probably going to force me to not be able to close on the sale of this property despite me pleading... read more
My Wells Fargo mortgage was sold to these clowns when I was traveling so I set up auto payments through their website. However, they didn’t draft the payment, making me past due.They then began sending goons to my address to post nasty letters and warnings on my door, DESPITE my calling and speaking with a representative there, who by the way, had chickens crowing in the background. This company is pure shit
