Customer service without experience to top it off they send me over 3-4 times to different live person before I was so upset I had to tell them what they suppost to tell me because they are not trained properly I ask if I can paydown my escrow acc to have a more Flexible payment throut the year before or after they do an escrow analisis his answer was you can payoff or refinance your loan or get a home equity I was so mad that I start laughing

You can improve by firing your unfit, unproffesional, rude agents and hire professionals that know to first listen to your concern and not arguing and making false accusations. This us the most horrible company I am being forced to deal with. ( F- ) . 👎👎👎

It has taken your company over a week to fill out a 2min form and fax it back so my payment would of been on time now I'm stuck with a late fee unacceptable plus when you call in to find the status no one seems to know but all they want to is give u a lecture. One guy even hung up on me they don't care very unprofessional u can't call that department no supervisors fix this problem as well as your customer service skills

The first call the day of the 18th your customer care specialist was very rude to me so I hung up and call back and got a young woman who was very nice an me and very professional. I wish I could tell you her name but we need people like this in the world at this point and time
