The service was extremely slow, the entire table ordered a medium rare steak and was given a rare steak we went our food back to the kitchen and it took about 20 minutes to get our meal back. In the waiting process only 2 out of the 3 people were given something to snack on. When we asked the waitress to get a 3rd snack she said it was coming and never did we receive the 3rd.

It took more than an hour to get the food after we ordered.

We had heard fantastic things regarding this restaurant and thought to visit as we were staying at the palliser downtown, disappointed with service (trying to take out plates before we were even remotely finished) food was mediocre at best especially for the price point. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Bad service. Twice they got my drink wrong and there was only 10 customers in there! You can also tell the quality of the food isn’t as good as it used to be. Disappointed and won’t be going back.

Was told that there was no open tables due to reservations at 5:15 sat night. Was told only tables available was in bar. Went onto open table app to see there was times available at 530 545 6:00 and 6:30. So the hostess lied through her teeth. I ended up calling out the manager why they say it’s fully booked but the app allows me to book a table. They could have lost my entire 180.00 bill. Will never go back.

Steak was painfully salty. Bread was rock hard and flavourless. Music was so loud we had trouble hearing each other. Too expensive for what you get. Nothing special. Sadly was disappointed with my whole experience. Will not return or recommend.

Going to be honest it was doomed from the first interaction this was supposed to be a special valentines meal and many factors contributed to the low review. 1. Front end hostess basically said that the restaurant was busy and we would have to be seated at a high bar table which was not what was requested. Will never go back. I believe this is the 1st terrible review I have ever given! The restaurant was freezing cold and most patrons sat there wearing coats for their dinner. We were one of the first tables and the service was mediocre at best. The food tasted ok but nothing spectacular. We both order a filet mignon (not bad) with mushrooms (blah) and asparagus. Couldn't be bothered to order dessert! We wanted to get out of there! Would recommend you try somewhere else.

The server took quite some time coming to our table every time. My steak wasn’t cooked properly, and I asked to have it put back on the grill for a few minutes which the manager did. I got new mashed potatoes, but the manager also said they gave me new mushrooms which they just clearly put back on the grill since they were all dry and shrivelled up.
