We went for appetizers prior to a show at Arts Common. The calamari was very good. The French onion soup was terrible with no flavour and the grilled chicken salad did not have grilled chicken. It had shaved deli chicken and very little of it. A disappointing experience.

Food is great. Ambience is lovely. The service is not great. Our server wasn’t just inattentive but flat out rude. There was a fly in our drink and one of our orders was missed, we were treated like a massive inconvenience. Ultimately we asked for a new one and the second server was great but poor experience, it was so uncomfortable Unfortunately won’t be back

Food took a very long time to come out. Never received my last drink order. Served an extremely dirty wine glass. Food was average, mashed potatoes were gluey. Bearnaise sauce was thin and watery.
Items on the menu were not available Wine on the menu was not available One of two meals were cold Black hair on my plate halfway through the fry’s
For all the choices to get a great steak in the area this was so disappointing. Appetizers were awesome. Steak was over priced and full of fat. This used to be a great place to eat with high quality food. Not anymore. Over priced and the meat quality was so awful.
Poor service. Took a long time to order and get refills on drinks and steak was poorly cooked. Just a plain bad experience
Waited over an hour for a sandewich. Overpriced and snooty service. Charcut is better
Service was friendly and prompt. Quality of food was terrible for the price.
We waited for almost 60 minutes, and finally the order messed up. my daughter got my rare medium , i got her medium but 7 os i ordered 11 , and my wife got medium rare. totally messed up my 21 st anniversary
