We had a reservation booked for 6:15 tonight, and we arrived around 5:55. We didn’t receive any recognition or service for about 20 minutes. Our server than came by, but didn’t apologize for the wait. We were a little upset about the amount of time we waited to be served, and it still took some time to get our drinks or order in. The service was still slow after the time, but we understood that it was a busy night. Overall the food was good, but the service made my birthday celebration a little poor.

Have been there many times but this visit was disappointing. Of the 4 of us only one ordered was correct. My friend's filet mignon was disguised as a strip loin (they replaced it but he now had to wait 20 mins while the rest of us ate our meals) and two of us didn't receive our side orders. Rather than wait for them to come out we just had them removed from the bill.

The host was amazing! It took awhile for us to order and had to ask the host if she could get our waiter . Then it took Avery long time for the food to come out. Not sure it was worth the money spent. The food was good once we got it. Will try again I am sure and it probably had to do with low on servers but it was 12:15 reservations so there should of been more staff The hostess was very good at what she did, she is a keeper

Glasses were dirty, server never came back to refill water. Was not given steak knives to eat steak. Took an hour for food to come. Was told there was a birthday surprise for the individuals bday but never received anything so was not sure what to expect. Not what I typically have experienced before.

We look forward to going to Saltlik for special occasions - this time was for my husband’s birthday. We are saddened to say on this occasion Saltlik’s usual high quality was missing. The service started out fine, but then it felt like we were being ignored. The food was the most disappointing part - the quality of the filet was poor, the sides were minimal and the apple desert was underbaked….overall we left knowing we will probably not return. Have been here many times over the years. Tonight the starters were very good, the mains not so much. Asked to have no seasoning on the fries were given fries with seasoning. Mentioned mistake to the waiter. then got charged for the replacement. The brussels sprouts with maple and mustard sauce were awful and didn't go with the steak. They tasted bitter and burnt, feels like a waste of good ingredients. Have also had much better filet steak at other restaurants in the area for a similar price. Food quality down from years past, celebrating Anniversary. Half the items we ordered they ran out of, similar items at other venues are at a higher quality for similar price. We were compensated for some items that were not satisfactory but would rather have paid a full price and been satisfied at another restaurant.

Been there several times but for sure will be the last. Service was poor. Drinks took over 30 min to receive. I had a fly in my water. Ordered the tartare and it was swimming in vinegar. I got the molten lava cake and was over cooked.

Pretty good food but pretty bad service. Sat there for more than 10 minutes after arriving before anyone came by for a drink order. Different members of our party had to ask several times for refills or new drinks. Food took a long time from ordering and was varying temperatures depending on the item. Host did check in several times but we were too polite to raise the issue at the time. Great wine selection.
