We did not have cutlery when our food came out , the waiter forgot my drink and the filet mignon was not worth $57. The fries were very average. This restaurant seems more pub style than classy. It was also so loud you can’t even talk at your table. Was expecting a lot more for a $200 dollar meal.

Came here to try whilst on holiday from Australia. The food we ordered was not available eg: Salmon, lobster mash, lemon, lime and bitters drink. My friends steak which she asked for medium- medium rare came out blue and had to send it back. The staff were super apologetic which definitely made it better, it was just really unfortunate about the food. Probably wouldn’t recommend this place.

The first thing we were told when we arrived 5 minutes early to our reserved time was that we have two hour maximum to be in the restaurant. This is quit unwelcoming and unprofessional in my opinion and told the manager that. We dine out very frequently and I cannot recall ever being told that we have a limited amount of time to be in the restaurant. The service was good. No complaints. The food was sub-par not a very big menu and few options. The scallop dish I had for a main was tiny, not enough food for a tiny gal let alone me a big guy. The salmon was dry. The ravioli with the salmon was good though
Disappointed, group of 4 went all had steaks. 2 had to go back, one for being well over cooked and the other was ice cold. Replacements were provided but quality was sub par at best. And took about 15 mins to come back (were told by mgr that would take 4 mins), so other 2 that had their meals correct waited for our’s to come back only to have their’s go cold. The food was pretty good however some was served cold. Drinks took a while to arrive and the food took an hour and a half to arrive.
Waiter got distracted with a large table of 10 and didn’t take good order for 20 mins.
The food and drinks were delicious. But the service took three hours. Our food came out *very* quickly, so much so that everyone’s some first drinks had not arrived. Second round never arrived and it took 45 minutes to get our bill. It was a really disjointed experience. Pretty disappointed for such a notable restaurant.
