Ordered their top of line reserve steak Med Rare - it came to the table very rare the waiter didnt come back to the table until I was half way through my steak -- even though I tried to get his attention - His knowledge of wine was very basic. For such an upscale location and pricing, I would expect much more Not recommended

Four of us dined at Saltlik. Two steaks were sent back to the kitchen because of poorly cooked meat. It was disappointing. The vegetables were so over salted they were inedible. they did adjust the bill.

I chose Saltlik as I've been there before and found the food, service and atmosphere to be exceptional. I decided to take my boyfriend there for an anniversary as he has never been and was very disappointed. For the price of our meal and drinks, the service was very poor. Took our waitress a while to come to our table and the basic customer service skills our waitress had was lacking (no "how are you", "how's your night", "celebrating anything special"). Most plates came out cold. Manager did remake some and discounted bill. Lobster mashed potatoes are amazing!

I had a salad with poor quality strawberries and minuscule amounts of goat cheese with a blah dressing. Calamari was ok but no sauce or accompaniments. The steak salad for my guest was a piece of meat on a soggy piece of bread. Very disappointing meal.

On Mother's Day we visited Saltlik and fell in love with the food and the quality of service, but that quickly changed after our most recent dinning experience. We went in on a Friday night and got the same thing we had order before. We ordered popcorn shrimp, dry ribs, and some people in my party ordered French onion soup. The popcorn shrimp came out perfect, and only my soup came out prior to our entrees, we then waited another 10-15 minutes for dry ribs that tasted nothing like we remembered. First we were served by three people. The first server took our drink order and couldn't tell me what tea they had. The server who brought the drinks served the ceaser with no napkin, leaving the dimmer to leave a mess on my date's hand and on the table. The server who took our good order could not explain what was served with our steaks and poorly explained the size of the sides. We had to remind the server over and over again about drink orders, we had five people, when our meals finally came they missed one completely. it took another 15 - 20 minutes to get our last meal. We had to remind the server a few times about the extra glasses of wine we ordered before our meal and during the meal. We ordered coffee after dinner, it took over 20 minutes for 2 coffees. I wasn't pleased with the dining experience. Ordered an appetizer of shrimp which was deep fried and battered. The shrimp was small and the batter and shrimp wasn't cooked properly, inside was raw batter and shrimp. Steak I ordered was also small and was over seasoned and also under cooked for well done. I go on a lot of business lunches/dinners and will never recommend this place to anyone.
