Food was overpriced, $25 for a 6oz steak sandwich? Spaghetti sauce was sweet, in a bad way. Almost as if it was made with cherries or sugar instead of salt. Meatballs had large chunks of raw garlic and the soup of the day was fishy

I booked this restaurant for my sisters stag. It was for 10 ladies and I booked months in advance. A few weeks before I tried to add 2 more people and they said it wasn't a problem. When we arrived the table was too small for 10 let alone 12. It took forever to order our food and to get the food. The steak was okay. The waitress was really friendly but did not make up for the super slow service and okay food. It took over 30 minutes to get our bill. I made a reservation for 4 adults. We arrived to find that our "reserved" table was right by the entrance to the kitchen. We asked to move and pointed out a number of empty booths only to be told that they were held for parties of 5 or more. About 15 minutes later, we noticed a party of 3 being shown to one of the booths that we original asked to be moved to. 3 of us ordered French Onion soup for our starter only to find out that they were out of French Onion Soup (?). Went out for a guys night dinner, looking for a steak. Absolutely the worst ribeye I've had in my life, either the knives were as dull as spoons, and I've got the jaw strength of my 95 yr old grandma, or I was actually eating shoe leather (ordered it medium rare). The old fashioned cocktail from the bar was the only redeeming factor. Should have stuck with cocktails and gone somewhere else like Vintage for a meal. Definitely wouldn't recommend or ever go back.

Arrived at 11:45. drinks arrived promptly. next 1/2 an hour we saw NO ONE despite menus in front of us. waved down waitress. another 10 minutes. two waitresses confused over whos table ours was.

Most visits to salt lick have been good. However this last time our food was good and the service was poor. Felt rushed by the server, and the server was very forgetful. Still a recommend, I think the young lady was just having an off night

Lunch menu selections very limited and excessively over priced. After half an hour of being seated, and still not acknowledged as diners, the server needed to be flagged down to take our order. There weren't enough wait staff available for the lunch crowd. The server also tipped over a glass of water on our table and a guest. Our appetiezers were comped. Food is mediocre at best and this will be my last visit to the restaurant.

I had parmesian encrusted Halibut and was informed the fish will be a little undercooked to keep it moist which was fine by me, Halibut gets chewy if overcooked. What I got was fish that looked soggy on the crust and tasted a bit off. First I thought it might be the parmesian cheese messing with me so I had a few more bites but the fish was definitely off. Not quite up to the expectations that are presented on the menu. Portions were small, flavor was bland, price was on par with the Keg. Wouldn't go back.
