I would most definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone unless your looking for good food that takes forever servers who do not know how to do their jobs properly and take your half full drinks away before your finished. I work in the industry so I may be a little picky about service but I am also forgiving for tiny mistakes not just clearly stupid mistakes. I will never go to saltlik again

Dinner for two to forget. Shared a starter - bad idea as it was tiny. Waited for ages for our main course because the kitchen was busy (what a pathetic excuse for a restauratn!), side veggies arrived and the brocolli was burnt black. Waitress constantly interrupted - what she had to say was much more important than the conversation we were engaged in. Not a good experience and definitely not worth the $140 price tage (only included 3 alcoholic drinks and we shared a starter and dessert!). One to avoid definitely...

Typically we have great service here. This time, we did not. I had to wait 20 minutes for the water that I ordered. After taking our order, we did not see our server again the entire time. Too bad, becuase the food was fantastic.

Very disappointing. Food so so. Served by 3people but one really only seemed interested in getting tip. Neighbouring table got wro.g food and waited ages for correct food and this was on a quiet Sunday night. Choose restaurant for convenient location - that was the best bit!

Music and particularly the base too loud. When told the server said they would attend to it but nothing was done and they did not return to ask if we were now happy.........so I guess we will not return and will spread the word. I have sent the restaurant a response to their feedback email so lets see if there is any feedback to the customer. we have been before but will not be back. Our experience at Saltlik did not go well from start to finish. We were not greeted for approx 5 min. At this time we put our order in for both drinks and food. Drinks took another 5 or so min to arrive. Food followed about 20 min later. The steaks had either been sitting waiting to be served or they forgot the vegies and had to hold the steaks. Long story short - our food took forever to come out and it wasn't cooked the way we had asked it to be cooked (steaks). When I told the waitress she said she would be right back and never returned. On the other hand, my vegetables were good and they didn't charge me for my meal.

Given the saltliks rep, I expected a much better experience. While the meal was great, the service was more than disappointing. Slow and for the level of restaurant, forgotten cutlery and having to remind 3/4 way thru meal thay wine was ordered is a major fault. Wong be going back.

Service was a nightmare. Half of our food order was wrong. Filet steak sandwich became Sirloin steak sandwich (still charged filet price). Asked for no goat cheese, came with goat cheese. My vegetarian friend asked for no bacon bites on her salad and it still came with bacon bites. Asked them to take it back, they just took what was on top out and when she dug into her salad, they were still in there. Waitress was never to be found.
