Rob, the Guitar Luthier at the Orlando, Florida East Colonial Store is the Best. He always does an Amazing job setting up my guitars with new strings. And the store manager has always been courteous and takes care of the customers. I appreciate all my Sam Ash Stores.

I have visited several times lately to check out the acoustics and strum a few....The last couple visits I went in to try a new Martin SC-13e that they had in. While returning from out of town I went straight there to take advantage of their storewide sale on all gear and walked straight up to Ricky to let him know I was ready to finance and purchase the Martin.
