Fred went above and beyond for me. As a self-employed buyer, my numbers aren’t straightforward, but he navigated everything flawlessly and fought to get me the best rate, he even locked me in at 11 PM. He was always available for my questions, explained every step (more than once when I needed it), and constantly looked out for my best interest. I’ve never worked with a mortgage broker this good. He made my home purchase as easy as it could be. Highly recommend!

Great, Figure finance made everything smooth and effortless compared to other lender. Phong was very reactive and professional. Every phone call was returned within minutes and most were ansewered on my first call. I had dealt with another lender for a month and a half and it could be more than days to get a call back and eventually was turned down.
