When I tell you this man made a refinance of my home so very simple and easy. We closed in two weeks. With real-estate interest rates/ prices so high, I never thought it could be done. Mr. Yavuz was a great help. When I was unable to get a document form Virginia Housing, he went with me on telephone and website to get the document. He was available 24:7. We had another 2 issues with Virginia Housing and without his help, the loan process will never go through. I hope that in 3 years when we will go to a conventiona loan he will be available. The whole process even if done by distance looked like to deal with an old friend helping you to Lower your monthly payment and lower your interest rate.
