The one the best loan process I had experienced ,very easy fast , Sarge Singh helped me out entire process . i will recommend him any family and friends for any loan
My Wife and I keep trying to find a way to get equity or something out of property to get ahead....We always were promised I can help you....only to be let down with excuses...Until we were in contact with Sarge....We weren't sure he could help us...He came through and delivered on everything he said he could possibly do to help us.

I'm writing this because I don't have the best of situations for a traditional lender. My wife and I own rental property and I am self employed so getting us qualified was tricky for lack of a better word.
