Great, Figure finance made everything smooth and effortless compared to other lender. Phong was very reactive and professional. Every phone call was returned within minutes and most were ansewered on my first call. I had dealt with another lender for a month and a half and it could be more than days to get a call back and eventually was turned down. Tanvir listened to my needs answered all my questions and provided meaningful suggestions. once we decided on a course of action all was done in the time he promised. Arshia and his team were awesome thru my refinance. I had some credit issues but they helped me work through that and which improve my credit score as well as obtain a lower rate. If you're self employed or a business owner I highly recommend them.
