My Toyota tundra was not fixed. It seems to be a fuel issue as the truck is slow to crank after it sits for a few hours and got worse during the cold snap. The dealer replaced the battery again and a negative cable.

I had to wait way too long even though I had an appointment. It took 5 hours to complete work that should have taken half that time at most.

The experience felt rushed, and they said they had checked all fluids but I had my washer fluid sensor go off the very next day and it is just about empty. They offered to fill it after the fact but it doesn't instill confidence that they truly checked all the fluids. This is also the second time I've had my car serviced here and the car smells like burning oil inside for at least a week to two weeks. I've never had that problem at other dealers.

Bought this car and noticed they added warranties to my loan. Never received any paperwork on them; only reason I noticed is when I tried asking for my buyers order they gave me the run around on the phone. Then when I showed up they had me waiting for an hour for 4 pieces of paper. Next on my list is to try and get these warranties cancelled but with the way they treated me I bet they will give me the run around again. Worst dealership I've ever experienced do not come here!!! Made an appointment to have a recall part replaced. When I got there, the service writer told me I was entitled to an oil change. I told him I had just changed it and didn't want another one. I waited 90 min for my vehicle. When it was done I was told the recall part was not in stock so I would have to make another appointment and found they had changed the oil anyway.

Sale was great- Service inattentive, sloppy, -left to sit for 4 hours for a tire patch and 5k mile service. Finally received car with dash light on and low tire pressure on the spare. Asked for help with learning about special features of the car was told to go find a salesman after the service. No attempt to be a liaison. Recurrent safety issues with new car Sienna 2026 involving gear shift getting stuck in park and reverse leaving the car immobilized . Driver looses control of the directionality of the vehicle . Effects safety of driver , child and disabled passenger. Dealership claims mechanic can't reproduce issue and consequently offered no intervention. Had a warranty claim on a tire from the local Audi dealership and he completely refused to file the claim even with Audi on the phone with him. He is very unprofessional, cursing and telling me, that's how they do business at your dealership.

Charles wasnt very friendly and for the 3rd or 4th time they system didn't have the deal offered to me in the system. Had I not called back to ensure the confirmation email with my promised price was received i would have had to pay full price. This consistently happening is why I dont like to come to Toyota for my regular services.
