jonathan albino at the seminole toyota stiffed us on a service contract , 975 dollars lost from our back pocket when confronted next day over the phone-we told them we didnt want a service contract-- they just said -----you signed the paperwork tough luck will never go there again buyer beware this was thru their used car dept. would NOT recommend going there---for used car or new car sales

The process of purchasing our vehicle went well. However, when our temporary tag was about to expire and we hadn't yet received our permanent one, Seminole Toyota was a complete nightmare. I called so many times, emailed, left messages, but got absolutely NO help. When I was able to get to one department, it was then another department that I should speak to. It was absolutely awful, and now my temporary tag is expired and I have yet to get help from Seminole Toyota. Christine

Seminole Toyota contacted me unsolicited and persuaded me to trade in my previous vehicle (a 2023 Camry purchased from them) for a new one. I didn't really need a new vehicle, but went ahead anyway and signed over the old vehicle to the dealership, thinking that nothing bad could happen. What started off as a nice experience with one of the sales managers turned into harassing nightmare by the finance department after a down payment was electronically sent. They received the money the same day (verified by the bank) and continued to claim they didn’t have it after letting me leave with the car because they watched me do the transfer. Unethical liars sold car out from under me for offer i accepted. I accepted their offer via text and they said they had an customer appointment to see the car so i would have to wait if they didn't sell it. that's ice cold unethical no honor. i accepted the offer in writing (sms), that's a deal imo. shady sales tactics, no honor among thieves i guess. jerks.

Imagine Purchasing a 2020 model vehicle ONLY to have the check engine light come on in less than 24 hours after driving off the lot. Then being told by the fast talking manager that 'hey all cars are sold AS IS, that's the point of getting a warranty package'. I guarantee you as a hard working person taking on a new 20k+ loan on a faulty car THAT'S NOT the response I wanted to hear. Don't take their word on the 60 point inspection. I went to the dealership, customer representative told you have to wait, no went over to help, Joshua didn't apologize and he was nasty, talked to sales manager and Joshua threatened me to call the police, I told the sales manager about his misconduct, though the sales manager was nice but didn't do anything. It my second bad experience at Seminole Toyota customer service.

Terrible business practices. Dealership does not due their due diligence and as many have stated with their reviews, poor customer service.

purchased a zaktek INTERIOR for $1000 . product NEVER applied when vehicle is taking to service dept employees ALWAYS claim an EXTRA fee if i want the interior service AWARE SCAMMER ALERT!
