A day after I purchased the 2018 Convertible BMW my chassis malfunction cruise control and ABS lights came on and the hard top leaks. They basically just told me to bad that I didn’t purchase a warranty that they were not going to honor based off the reviews I would not trust them.

I’ve always had a good deal with Toyota. These guys took me for a ride. They put me 10 grand upside down in my car! This not because I lost equity, it’s because they tacked on bogus charges. That’s never happened to me! So disrespectful. I don’t see how screwing me out of deal is good for business. I’ve been with Toyota since 2019. Smh

Your negative equity could stem from multiple factors. High interest rate due to previous or current credit situation, prior negative equity from trade in, and most importantly New/Used car market conditions. Along with new manufacturer incentives. One more time I'm so disappointed with this dealership in Service Department, I did a review on August 06 expressing some of my all nightmares during the last 4 years because I think this is enough negligence and greedy, well they RESPONDED back in here asking me to call Mr CJ Kinch Toyota Seminole Director of Service Department to the phone number provided in the response and maybe belong to nobody or a line designed to not answer it because I did several call but, really several calls letting voice messages introducing mys... read more

I purchased a vehicle from them on 1/1. Since then I have spent over $2,000 on repairs and the car has been in the shop for a week on three different occasions. I called Seminole Toyota when my car started leaking oil everywhere. A representative of Seminole Toyota told me immediately they generally "sell their cars as is." You purchased an extended warranty, that warranty could have covered the majority of the work needed. You were provided copies of the warranty you purchased on the day of delivery. Front desk SERVICE they are very helpful people, unfortunately service technicians don't know what they are doing, they sold out as excellent service but I did service maintenance to four cars that I brought there. 1. they didn't rotate my tires when they said they did, you will realize when tires are in bad shape, no taking any responsibility to never do it, then they want to selling the tires, obviously there's a business. 2. they said they top off liquids and when I get home were at the same lavel, its always happens in a... read more

So the only reason I am giving this dealership any stars is because I actually had a good experience with the employees there, especially in finance. However, this is where the review takes a turn. I bought a used 2020 Toyota Corolla from this dealership in November of 2022. At the beginning of this year, I noticed that the front bumper was starting to come off from where it is supposed to be clipped onto the car. Do not recommend. They marked up the price of my car over 6,500 $ from the paper posted in the window without my knowledge. (Before any warranties or finance charges) I did not find this out until after i bought it and found the window tag hidden in the glove box. They took advantage of a young single girl who went in alone to make themselves money. Do not go here. then the owner replied to the review that xxxx make sure it doesnt happen again. Which does nothing for me. Who is out thousands of dollars now.

Not sure what kind of training goes on here for customer service, it feels like every time I step in this building they train their staff to avoid doing work. I’ve attempted to buy multiple cars from this dealership, every time finance wants to play games with numbers, over inflate their share of the loan. (If you’re not familiar car dealers will get an interest rate from a bank, mark it up x% then present it to you. They make the additional percent on the loan as profit.). I bought a 4Runner with only 1 key fob. The dealership lowered the sticker price by about $300, but to my surprise, the service dept. is trying to charge me over $300 for an extra key fob including programming so where is my savings? Unacceptable!! I recommend this dealership but with reservations. All vehicles should come with two key fobs minimum. They could've made it right for me but they chose not to.
