A big thank you to Cyril for helping me. He was one of the nicest people in the building. However, I really did not enjoy having to work with 3-4 different people from the test drive, negotiations, paperwork, and handoff of the vehicle. I did not really know who exactly was “in charge” of my transaction. I’m never going back to this dealership because the process was stressful to say the least. Very Sad , This used to be the best dealership no more, Then again I would never buy a Toyota again , I bought my daughter a car and for the first 7 years they were the best, One day I get a serve buletin and take it in [ BURNING OIL] im told its burning oil just not enough to fix. Can you believe it. A year later its burning enough but because its 32 days out of warranty even though car has way less then mileage , I call you guys for help i was pretty much told don't bother us , Not smart kid was ready to buy her own new ca... read more

Beware - This dealer sells defective cars without disclosure This dealer sold me a lemon and is refusing to repair it without charging an additional amount. Three safety lights popped as soon as we left the lot. Beware they commit outright fraud and completely shameless. No ethics at all.

Rsawant, Thank you for the feedback. When we sold you the 2011 Prius we explained to you that you are buying a 9 year old vehicle that comes as is with no warranty available. You also signed a form that explained that as well. We are up front with our One Price cars. We are sorry that the ABS Light and TRAC lights came on one week after you bought the vehicle. BUYER BEWARE! What an awful car buying experience. I purchased a used vehicle from the lot, the car salesmen knew nothing about the vehicle we purchased, so be prepared to know everything in advance about the Make/Model of the vehicle you are looking to buy because the salesmen are clueless. Also, make sure to check all the electronics and technology in the vehicle first hand, the salesmen at this dealership just tell you what you want to hear. Wheel alignment dissatisfaction Have my vehicle regularly serviced at this dealership, had wheel alignment and tire rotation done, after receiving vehicle back noticed vehicle still pulling to the right, returned to dealership the next morning, after service technician checked vehicle I’m being advised that my tires are worn more on the outside and tech can not get vehicle proper alignment tires have 5/32 left and I need to purchase new tires. Could care less about selling a car to you. Called - made offer on a car (literally $1,400 less than asking price) and they simply said NO. No counter offer, no attempt to try to sell - nothing. It was bizarre. Then they go on the internet and LOWER the price down to what I would have paid on one of the car sales sites (True Car and Car Gurus). I ended up buying a lower mileage car (same make/model) at a different dealership. I would never call them again.

Really bad experience buy a car with Seminole Toyota with sales associated Beatriz, she is really pushing and when you go anywhere to buy something your not expecting any sales associate go try you that way and her body language like she is was mad 😡 and back and For with the customer my stepdaughter story crying 😢 front of her, because she really wants the first cars, but I was really mad too because nobody go Try me Like a 💩 When we just trying buy a cars front her, I won’t recommend her to nobody poor services 👎.

Recently visited the old David Maus Toyota now called Seminole Toyota and let me tell you, the service of dismal. All they will do is sell you on products you don’t need before even looking at your car. I suggest going elsewhere.
