Good Salesman, Good Finance Manager, Bad Sales Manager Recently purchased a used Lexus GS from this dealership. Our salesman, Sabri, Mahmoud was excellent. The sales manager, Mark Dalton who we were originally introduced to however was a class act. Mark came over very arrogantly and said that we must be interested in purchasing so lets just sign the paper. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased an extended warranty plan on a 2017 Toyota Corolla and was told by Andrew Reyes that there is no cancellation fee if I decided to cancel. Well, the next day when I called the warranty company to cancel I was told that there would be a 5% administrative fee. I called Andrew Reyes about this and he just totally avoided my calls. Beware of the snake oil I found the truck I wanted online before I went to the dealership. Within 20 minutes of arrival I test drove the vehicle, and knew I wanted it. The sales guy was nice entire time, and they make sure to stroke your ego, and if your a veteran (I am) they love to pat you on the back. Then the finance guys tack on the "optional" dealer fee. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! If there was negative star, I would give that. BUYERS BEWARE!!! I inquired about a used 2018 Nissan Rogue. It had very low miles(less than 4000). The price looked fair. Unsatisfied service and promise they don’t keep ! I purchased a Toyota Prius at this location and they told me when I purchased that would come with Tinted Windows and a second key and nothing !!! Payed cash for my vehicle about 5 mouths !!! Horrible customer service and never got back with me !!
