Cheat to people They are really really bad guys and scammers . Y had a bad experience there they chetead me and it cost me 10.000 $ more. They put me in the invoice a second trade in that should never have existed, they charged me 2 DEALER FEE, 2 TAX, 2 FEES AND FEES AND FEES. AND 2 NEGATIVE. I bought a Highlander Limited 2020. But unfortunately i am not happy with the deal, i feel cheated, realy really cheated. In fact when I received a call from the mister Raed he locked me at the phone. Amaizing but true.

To many cooks in the kitchen Asked specific questions about a vehicle and got the usual --when can you be here ---What payment are you looking for--whats your trade-in-- etc. The irony is I never got answers to my simple question which would have taken 30 seconds to look at the car. Also when I arrived and asked for the people who sent me e-mails, five different people, the salesman said they weren't there and he could get me the best price. I had purchased several vehicles from this dealership, but NEVER again. I was physically threatened by two members of the sales staff for absolutely no reason. When bringing up the situation with management, they found a way to blame me, a long time, loyal customer. Sam ? The GM is a complete xxxxxxx who proved to me that being loyal means nothing. I went to another dealership and got the exact deal I wanted. F this place. I wouldn't recommend them.if they were giving cars away.

Contacted for Vehicle Advertised My husband and I reached out for a truck listed with Sam's Club as we wanted to test drive. Turns out the vehicle was "not available". I fear this is click bait to get your information, sell your information, with no true inventory of said vehicles. We were told a third party takes all the photos and manages the website - but I call BS.
I felt very unwelcomed, dismissed, and treated poorly and dismissively by the finance manager. He did not do a good job at communicating nor did he have a friendly accamodating attitude. He seemed angry and didn't really even want to work with me to come to a solution. I did not purchase a vehicle there SIMPLY DUE TO HIS BEHAVIOR. He made me feel very unpleasant. Bad service experience Make sure your car is checked in when you bring to Toyota Service Center and you have the record of what has been done on your car. I had an issue with my car after I dropped off for a regular maintenance. Nothing was wrong prior to that. They had no record of me bringing the car there and who worked on it. Refuses to return calls and deal with issues Wont return multiple messages I've left on his voicemail. I've been trying to make a deal for over a month. I've been lied to repeatedly, mostly by Kyle Chen and Devin Stotts. Sam Bunte has conveniently made himself unavailable. Tried calling management multiple times, left multiple messages.
