Dishonest!!! Went with my daughter and son in law to purchase a used car. They found a car that they liked and wanted to see about their trade in and financing. The trade in amount was fair but when it came to the financing that is when the fun started. They tried sneeking in so called accessories in the deal to tune of 1600.00 dollars that was never discussed in the initial pricing. After Sale They Ignore You Purchased a 2018 Toyota 4Runner. I admit it was our fault for not reading ALL the paperwork finance department puts in front of your. Fortunately, immediately after signing we realized the financing term was in correct and was able to get that corrected before we left dealership. Ripped Off Review your contract CAREFULLY if you are purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They threw two things into my sales contract, a Care Maintenance Program for $860 and a program called Zaktek - $599 which I knew nothing about. They have you sign everything on the computer and after hours of negotiating, it is very easy to miss that these things have been thrown into your sales contract. Be very weary. Defective car sold Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with David maus Toyota. I bought a 2013 Volkswagen Passat with clean title and under 20k miles. I got it 3 weeks ago. When I took Test drive it felt very smooth. I drove it under 70 mph during my test drive. My sales guy said that he had service center run complete inspection on car and everything thing looked good. Worst car buying experience of my life, buyer beware! Dishonesty is their game. When I arrived to test drive there were options removed that were there in the ad/pics. Then they tried to make me believe that those parts just don't go with the deal, until I insisted they put the options back. Theresa told me the night before on the phone that she would get me under $400 at 75 months, then when we were in the finance office she changed it to under $400 at 84 months. Brought in for an extended warranty they returned it broke I brought my car in for an extended warranty issue. they returned the car to me non-operable. had to junk the car because it was too expensive to repair. Last year I bought two trucks from David Maus for my company. It seems like they would take care of their loyal customers. But apparently not. I'm no longer a customer.

some sleazy add-on pushed on you after deal w/salesman There were numerous bait and switch items I won't go into but beware when buying - only accept the original salesman deal not the finance xxxxxxx.

High Pressure Dealership This dealership doesn't come close to the last Toyota dealer I bought from. They did not have the sticker on the new truck as required by law and were only focused on selling inventory trucks vs. ordering what I really wanted.
