The bank is good but when it comes to smaller companies that have check pay instead of ebill, they have a middle man company that won't get your payment to your debtor in time even if you send it out 2 weeks early.

The automated system is so repetitive and gives your balance but will not say you have a deposit of certain *** being posted today!! If you say deposits and additions it's still not there for today!!! And then it will say so you want deposits and additions!! It ask the same questions over n over!! Yes thats what i said!!! I absolutely love this bank. I have found everyone in the branch to be helpful and professional. The mobile app works very well, and Im impressed with the new Truist One account which has eliminated overdraft fees. Highly recommend Truist!

As a contractor and have been doing work on consumer's homes for over 50 years and have used Service Finance in the past. We are presently not using Service Finance as a lenders for our customers. We are considering contacting them to do business with them again as I found that Service Finance's integrity above reproach.
