Service Finance is truly a remarkable company. I think what makes them exceptional is their incredible customer service. I worked with a gentleman named Javis who really went above and beyond to help me and my boyfriend with the paperwork we needed. I highly recommend this company!
10 out of 10. I just had to say how much I appreciate the ease of making payments and calling. The same few people usually answer and they're always nice and to the point. I appreciate not having to go through 100 prompts and 200 follow up questions just to speak to a person for payment. I know I can do it online, but I have too many online accounts with passwords, I don't want another. Thanks for all the ease in working with you. This is the worst bank for credit cards! Their customer ********************** is horrible!!! The phone system will have you holding on for hour wait times- then to be disconnected!! Their website never works (which by the way they suggest you use)!!! The Truist team mates will tell you things that are not true!! Ill get out of this as soon as possible!!
This bank is horrible I had made a purchase that upon receiving the item it was absolutely useless and just a large paperweight upon reaching out to the merchant I was basically told too bad this item was very expensive so I reached out to my bank and what do you know upon serving all of my proof and information that clearly showed this I opened a dispute which they denied leaving me high and dry a large amount of money I am withdrawing from this bank and moving banks immediately they are uncaring and unhelpful and honestly ... read more
If I could leave Truist no stars I would. Since taking over Suntrust, I have had nothing but problems with this bank. I live over 2 hours from the nearest location and they refuse to change my last name on my account after getting married. They have also sent new cards to old addresses not listed on my account. Close the account? Have to do so in person as well. I was a customer of ********************** for ** years and am very disappointed with where this company has gone.
Since refinancing my home loan with Truist coming from BBT has been horrible. The integrity, customer **********************, and communication is 2 on a scale of 0 to 10. I have been back and forth calling and going into the branch and no one knows nothing..they just call the next person whom also knows nothing. I mean what type of business is this. I had an overdraft card to protect my checking account they did not tell me they canceled the card until almost a couple weeks later ...thanks truist ... thanks a lot For the big letdown
Slimeball banking tactics. Transaction history shows one thing one day, and when you log in, in the morning the same transactions will have either disappeared completely or will show to have been made on dates you did not make the transaction on. They will then use these newly posted transaction dates to suggest that you attempted to spend money you didnt have and start charging NSF fees as a means to separate you, the banker, from your hard-earned money. I have banked with them for 20 years and they wouldn't refund an overdraft fee of $36 and called it "unfair business practices" if they gave me a refund since I had received an overdraft fee refund 21 months previously. I would think that an unfair business practice is to charge their clients $36 for an overdraft fee that was out of their hands, and this one was out of mine.
