TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND SUPPORT - BEWARE! Signed up for a promo to open a new checking and saving account - along with auto deposit. Could not access account after set up. Had to go into branch who opened a new account vs fixing the original account. That then disqualified me from the original promo. No customer support - said sorry and sent me on my way
Worst customer ********************** experience ever. They keep putting my account on hold for no apparent reason. I made a payment through bill pay through my bank and they keep calling and demanding my payment after I made it. My bank said they shouldve already recieve the payment and when I called they told me they havent !! These people steal all your money. Now theres a lien again my home because they want to steal peoples money
Not a good commercial business partner, held a deposited check that was deposited on the 9/1/2023. Reason noted as confidential reasons, check was cashed and received by truist on the 5th. I just opened a new business account and was not able to pay contractors for works done. Destroying my relationships with contractors, delaying payments for utilities and rent. Re: Reporting a charge for services not rendered by a third party If I could, Id give ********************** zero (0) starsA claim for reversal of charges was submitted, and I received an immediate decline without any investigation or request for supporting documentation. I explained to a local branch manager that I did have documents to support my claim, but was told it was not necessary, and would be requested if needed. Worst customer ********************** I have ever experienced, even from a bank. I would give zero stars. I have a fraudulent charge showing up in my checking account. No option to email them, no option to chat, only contact is to call...on hold more than 20 minutes and then just disconnected. This has happened twice now. How am I supposed to deal with this?
Do not recommend they are not here to help you they charged me for an account they never gave me a debit card too then when I went to close it they couldnt because it was somehow locked even though they were still charging me

I have a business account with **********************. They somehow made a mistake and marked a 'check' that I deposited "invallid". I have been dealing with a local branch and everything was sent to their fraud department. I have proven that there was nothing wrong with my check I received from another company, but yet, truist Initially locked my account.
