Absolutely the worst bank ever!!!! Can NEVER get an accurate balance from Friday through TUESDAY!!!! ATMS ALWAYS DOWN, CUSTOMER ********************** *****, SAY THEY CANT GIVE AN ACCURATE BALANCE ON TUESDAY!!!! ONCE MY AUTOPAY IS DONE, I'M OUT.....THE ****** RATINGS ARE 100% ACCURATE.

I have been a customer since 2017 or 2018 first ********************** name changed to Truist, I rarely have to call on my bank for assistance, but it it seem it only thing the customer **********************, supervisor and manager, all say the same thing, and tell you what they can't do, or offer another service that charge you for that protection. SCAM ALERT!!! Don't bank with this bank they scam you into thinking you will get their promotional funds after 90 days and then when the time comes they tell you you didn't use the promotional code when signing up for the account!

This company does not work well with customers who wishes to pay 3 to 4 days in advance of the due date. Per se: If the bill is due the 5th of each month (which mine is) I cannot pay my bill on the 1st of that month in advance to ensure that payment is sufficiently received. Service Finance Company will in turn use that payment towards the principal and inform a customer their account is passed due if not paid on the statement date. TRUIST BANK IS THE WORST COMMERCIAL BANK IN ******* AT THE MOMENT AFTER THEY BOUGHT OVER SUNTRUST BANK AND BB&T AND MERGED THE TWO TOGETHER. I do not recommend Truist for investment or for my investment account and requested to be closed. It did not happen. They charged a $35.00 annual fee and refused to refund even though it was obvious the account had not been used for over three years. To refund the fee and do the right thing would have not hurt the bank though definitely hurt the customer. Especially as the account was dormant. Very poor customer ********************** and client care.

I dont know where to start by how discussed I am by this horrible business. They have been messing with my account from day one - and always in ways that make them money and take money from me. they need to be fined and/or stopped. The latest is:Ive been paying extra on my loan inorder to finish the payments sooner (the interest rate is obsurd).
