I installed an air conditioning system in my house and financed it through Service Finance. I had not understood some of the details of the contract and incurred significant penalties. The company was very willing to work with me to ameliorate these penalties and I was very grateful.

We have been quite pleased with Service Finance to this date. Their personnel have been courteous and helpful in answering our questions and in the handling of our loan for home improvement reasons.
I called today with a question about my loan documents. The service rep, Margaret, was personable and responsive. She listened to my questions/concerns and made an extra effort to research the issue and explained things clearly. Also, it was a nice surprise to not have to go through voicemail **** to talk to an actual human being.
Service Finance has nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Everyone is professional, and positive. The phone reps truly work with you to resolve issues: 2 examples: 1. I had a contractor (solar installer) ripping me off by substituting lower power equipment than what was ordered, the management team mediated and worked to resolve the issue. 2. I called to find out how to complete A form on my computer. David walked me through the procedure. He was wonderful. His patience with a not computer savvy customer was unbelievable. I told him he should receive a Christmas bonus.
