So, my husband has been here all week. Whenever I call to speak to him, the reception tells me they can leave a message whether or not he's there, which is standard. Now, I just got off the phone with some snarky control freak woman, who would not take a message because I didn't have the patient code. She then promptly hung up on me without even saying goodbye. Other than that rude b word, my husband seems to be benefitting from the program.

Luckily I have it a. 2 Star as my Loved One was there and when they were going to Discharge her I informed them that I had no car and they were Trying to send her across Vegas to our house in a Cab...Started sounding like Ralston Neal where they were giving patients Bus Tickets to leave...I would Never Recommend them to anyone...Bad Service. SAD

I recently went there as a teen and they were absolutely terrible as soon as I got there they made me strip naked by force I told the lady over and over I was uncomfortable yet she didn't care she forced me to move my hands off of my private body part to "check" for cuts and bruises when I told her multiple times I do not have any and that I am uncomfortable also at night the guy techs will go in the room and stand over you and watch you sleep which in my opinion is really weird and i'm sure no one would want that the place ... read more

Google shows over 200 one-star reviews for this establishment, and our experience aligns with the negative feedback. Despite being told we would have 24/7 access to the patient, this was not true. Visitation is 3 days a week and phone calls are only a few minutes in the late evening. They rarely answer the phone, and even the receptionist seemed frustrated with the lack of internal communication. Quality of Outpatient Services sucks. Especially the so-called director. I have called the director more than 5 times in a two week period, left two messages for the patient advocate and sent 3 emails. To date no response.

Worst receptionist ever,whose name is Becky,rude and unprofessional!!as a service person ,she should be patient and helpful,she has none of that ,back to training please!!

Bad hospital, doesn't communicate at all, steals clothing taken to loved ones, doesn't follow up with anybody & phone operators are really rude. Don't recommend this place at all. They don't care.

If I can leave a no star I would stay away from this place. I called just to get information and people are rude and lack empathy. Called 8 times just to get some answers on treatment for a loved one. I was transferred and placed on hold and no one ever picked up, called to speak to a supervisor twice and no one answers this place seems worse than the VA!

This place is horrible; they treat patients horrible , they don't wanna give you notice on anything, they don't care about people harassing other patients they also don't provide you the care you need for people with mental issues or even substance abuse issues they let patients who have drugs in the facility and also they let people just poop on the floors and they also don't call you and update you about the discharge and want to rush you and demand you to come pick up your loved one because they can't keep them there any ... read more
