Quality of Outpatient Services sucks. Especially the so-called director. I have called the director more than 5 times in a two week period, left two messages for the patient advocate and sent 3 emails. To date no response.
Worst receptionist ever,whose name is Becky,rude and unprofessional!!as a service person ,she should be patient and helpful,she has none of that ,back to training please!!
Bad hospital, doesn't communicate at all, steals clothing taken to loved ones, doesn't follow up with anybody & phone operators are really rude. Don't recommend this place at all. They don't care.
If I can leave a no star I would stay away from this place. I called just to get information and people are rude and lack empathy. Called 8 times just to get some answers on treatment for a loved one. I was transferred and placed on hold and no one ever picked up, called to speak to a supervisor twice and no one answers this place seems worse than the VA!
This place is horrible; they treat patients horrible , they don't wanna give you notice on anything, they don't care about people harassing other patients they also don't provide you the care you need for people with mental issues or even substance abuse issues they let patients who have drugs in the facility and also they let people just poop on the floors and they also don't call you and update you about the discharge and want to rush you and demand you to come pick up your loved one because they can't keep them there any ... read more
My honest review! I sent my daughter here for substance abuse. I was misinformed about multiple things. I was told you can call at any time to speak to them & you can't They get to call at night briefly if a phones free. I was also told I can take her out of their care anytime if I wanted to & That's false.If you remove your child early they will call child services. I was also misled on the food options. My daughter said it was freezing and you only get a thin blanket. They did not do enough one on one therapy All in all , ... read more

It was traumatic. Worst medical experience of my life which is saying a lot because I've had to take medication over 30 years. This was 2017. I never saw a therapist. They wouldn't tell my family where I was. When I woke up, no one explained to me where I was or what was happening because I was brought by ambulance and heavily sedated. I never saw a psychiatrist one on one. They didn't tell me how to get hot water in the shower. There was a group therapy session that was absolutely pointless. My daughter was sent to 7Hills because we have out of state insurance. Hospital said to pack 3-5 days of clothes for my daughter-I did. Brought it in a suitcase, was told by front desk that everything was going to be logged in so they could keep track of her belongings. After discharge and opening up her suitcase- all of her clothes I packed were gone. Called the hospital-no one can find her clothes- even socks,underwear and bra gone. As a former employee, I highly don't recommend working here. The pay is low for the work you're doing, the hours are long and there are extremely rude staff and workers. Management doesn't care about their employees and will constantly write you up even for the smallest issues. Many of the nurses absolutely hated their jobs, and did not want to be there.
