This would be a negative if it was an option. You lost out on a cash purchase (was in back office completing the paperwork) for the following reason. My handicapped friend came back upset that she was asked to move her car from the handicapped parking spot, with her handicapped tag, so that it would be convenient for the sales staff to bring cars up to the front door blocking, all handicapped parking access and spaces. I feel the dealer ship has little to no respect for the people they help. I go in to have my oil change and tires rotated that service went ok, I order a part just before my warranty ran out (weather strip) when The part come in it was wrong now my warranty ran out , Now there giving me a hard time and a run around.Its a seventeen Dollar part,this is why I don't like dealing with car dealers.
